Learn how to protect yourself through strike technique, defensive movement,

and situational awareness.

This class builds physical strength, balance, and confidence while training you to respond decisively in real-life scenarios. Led by a female instructor in a women-only, Muslim-friendly space.

Train kickboxing strikes, footwork, and defensive reactions designed to improve coordination, strength, and response time. This class focuses on body control, awareness, and building the ability to stay calm and act with purpose under pressure. Taught by a female instructor.

Develop strength, endurance, and control through structured kickboxing drills and self-defense techniques. Learn how to maintain distance, break free from grabs, and protect yourself using efficient movement and technique. Offered in a women-only environment with a female instructor.

This class focuses on real skills: striking technique, defensive positioning, balance, and awareness. You’ll train how to move your body with control, protect your space, and respond confidently in unfamiliar or uncomfortable situations.

Instructor's Bio

Hager Nabih is an elite women’s kickboxing coach and a high-level Muay Thai and Kickboxing athlete with over 15 years of training and competition experience. She has competed nationally and internationally and earned 3rd place at the World Championships representing Team USA, a distinction that reflects her discipline, skill, and mental toughness. With over a decade of coaching experience, Hager is known for empowering women to build real confidence, physical strength, and self-defense ability. Her coaching goes beyond technique, helping women develop presence, resilience, and the ability to protect themselves while moving through the world with strength and assurance.
